The chair is beautiful and works well, came with no damage... but my boys are rough and their puppy is just as rough. Dog jumped on the chair and tour the leather. Then Someone jumped on the center of it and the threads pulled apart where the strip is. Very sad to see it get damaged so quickly...only out for a month. But the boys love it. I bought it a year ago but the boys were to young for it so I put it away. Now they are 2 and 3 1/2 and I thought it was time to bring it out. My youngest falls asleep on it. So that must say something about how comfortable it is. Really if your kids know who to care for their toys then it's worth the $. But if you kids ruin things quickly or you have a young pup...you might want to think twice. But it is a great chair and I get compliment on it when company comes over!
