She loves it! She spends hours around it. Durability is excellent. We expected something very flimsy and cheap. We were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend it to anyone with a toddler. It just little enough to fit in the play room and not take up too much space. The big hit is the bin on the center of the table, my kid loves to put his "stuff" inside. Highly recommended. My son enjoys playing at the table very much. However, the surface is prone to scratches and chips. After two weeks it is already looking in pretty rough shape. I don't see this lasting a year.
